I am pleased to share a significant update in the evolution of AI Cognitive Ventures. As of December 31, 2024, AICV entered into a strategic partnership with a Singapore-based private equity group that now holds majority ownership in the firm.

With the support of our new partners, we can broaden our reach across North America, Europe, and Asia, while maintaining the independent judgment and disciplined investment process that define our firm.

As part of this transition, I have stepped back from day-to-day leadership to pursue semi-retirement. However, I remain actively involved as a Board member, providing oversight and guidance to ensure continuity in our mission and strategy.
