Accreditation Submission Policy

At AI Cognitive Ventures (AICV), we are committed to ensuring that all investors meet the requirements of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regulation D Rule 501 and that all founders submit their materials securely for funding consideration. To facilitate this, AICV has established a dedicated channel for accreditation and funding submissions.

1. Accredited Investor Verification

Prospective Limited Partners (LPs) and co-investors must provide documentation confirming accredited investor status. Acceptable forms of verification include:

• Income Verification

  • IRS forms (e.g., W-2, 1099, K-1, 1040) for the past two years; or

  • Written confirmation from a CPA, attorney, or registered investment advisor.
    
    

• Net Worth Verification

  • Recent bank or brokerage statements;

  • Independent appraisal of assets;

  • Credit report showing liabilities; or

  • Written confirmation from a CPA, attorney, or registered investment advisor.
    
    

• Professional Accreditation

  • Proof of Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing.
