Job Title: AI Venture Capital Internship

Location: Boston, Cebu & Singapore

Job Description: We seek a motivated and talented individual for a paid internship at AICV.vc. As an intern, you will support our team in growing our business and assisting our partners in achieving their goals. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the venture capital industry, work closely with experienced professionals, and prepare for a potential full-time role at AICV.vc upon successfully completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the AI sector.

• Deal Sourcing: Assist in identifying and evaluating promising startups for potential investment.

• Financial Modeling: Support the development of financial models and perform valuation analysis for potential investments.

• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies and provide analytical support to ensure their growth and success.

• Reporting: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the aicv.vc team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining databases.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in financial modeling, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen interest in AI technologies and the venture capital industry.

• Experience: Prior experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field is a plus but not required.

• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
